..."His stamina was unflagging, his energy unquenchable and his virtuosity unbeatable... sequences resembled bursts of firecrackers." New York Times

Tony Award-winning tap artist Savion Glover won acclaim for his dancing in the Broadway smash Bring in 'Da Noise, Bring in 'Da Funk. Now in Classical Savion he fuses his innovative choreography and virtuosic dance with music from Vivaldi's Four Seasons to Stravinsky and Bach performed by a 10-piece chamber orchestra. The genius of Savion Glover takes on a new dimension, proving that he is just as comfortable with Mendelssohn as he is with jazz, hip-hop, funk, and rhythm and blues.

Running Time:
1.5 to 2 hours
Please note the special 4 p.m. start time for the Sunday, October 15 performance!

Preconcert Conversation:
Professor of Dance Onye Ozuzu at October 14, 6:45 p.m. and October 15, 3:15 p.m. in Macky Room 102
