Bio:
Camerata Sweden is Swedens leading chamber orchestra, renowned
for its characteristic interpretation of enchanting beauty and musical
balance with a distinctive profile in performing as a camerata without
a conductor and standing on the stage. Its artistic unity is created
collectively on the basis of mutual sensitivity and deeply felt
musical intentions.

players. Camerata Sweden has collaborated with James Galway, Barbara
Bonney, Barbara Hendricks and Barry Tuckwell among a number of distinguished
artists. They have been chosen to represent Sweden abroad in the
United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, the Baltic States, Brazil, Argentina
and Mexico Since 1993, they have been featured regularly on Swedish
television and radio and released CD recordings focusing on Scandinavian
composers. They have already recorded extensively and received high
