Tickets at the Door and Will Call
If they are not sold out, tickets are available to purchase at the door for each concert starting one hour before the performance. For the latest availability information, call 303-492-8008 to speak to a representative or to hear a recorded update after hours. Tickets that are being held in will call can be picked up at the door beginning one hour before the performance.
Online Tickets
Tickets are available online up until noon the day of the performance, or noon on Friday for Saturday and Sunday performances. Tickets ordered later than one week in advance of the performance will be held at will call. Online service fees are $3 per single ticket and $8 per season ticket.
Add-Ons & Holiday Festival
As a CU Concerts subscriber, you are able to "add-on" Holiday Festival tickets to your order before they go on sale to the general public in the fall.
Discounts
Discounts are available for seniors (65 and over), youth (18 and under), and groups. CU students with BuffOne cards are eligible for Concert Cards which provide significant discounts. CU faculty and staff with BuffOne cards are eligible for a special discount. No discounts are available for the Holiday Festival and CU discounts are not available for Colorado Light Opera.
Group Sales
Groups purchasing 10 or more tickets to an individual event receive substantial discounts:
• 10% for 10 to 24 people
• 20% for 25 to 49 people
• 25% for 50 or more people
Call (303) 492-8008 for help arranging a great event for your group. Group rates are not available for Holiday Festival performances.
Exchanges and Refunds
All sales are final, no refunds. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another night or performance with no exchange fee; single ticket exchanges are subject to a $5 exchange fee. Please return your tickets to our office at least one business day prior to the performance. If your tickets are in will-call, and you need to exchange them, contact the Box Office at least one business day prior to the performance. Exchanges are subject to availability and an upgrade fee may apply.
Fees and Extra Charges
CU Concerts does not charge any extra fees for tickets purchases in person, by mail, or on the phone. We must charge service fees for online purchases because of fees we pay to our online ticketing service provider. Online service fees are $3 per single ticket and $8 per season ticket.
